Spastic Chipmunk

A desperate attempt to exorcise myself from years of guilt, I drew this story based on a semi-traumatic incident from my childhood. This story originally appeared in 1995 in the comic book anthology Negative Burn.

Mr. Humble

Based on a broken childhood toy, the sunny little dude makes his first official appearance in this one-page comic. Can Mr. Humble's optimistic spirit overcome a world gone mad?.

This one's for my pal, MIck; in memory of Mal.

Smoke Story

Originally done for a one-shot anthology on smoking that never materialized, this comic gave me a chance to vent my spleen on the subject. This one-pager also saw print in Negative Burn.

Picklehead

In this one-pager, Picklehead, a character suggested by the girls' nickname for Laura's godfather has lost his little pal! Read here of his search, from door to door.

A Wee Dram at Munden's Bar

Any story that weaves in references to Lost Weekend, Hitchcock and Watchmen holds a spot in my heart. A collaboration with long-time friend and writer Len Strazewski, this story originally appeared in First Comics' Grimjack #57 in 1989.
